Australian Forklift Championship Confirms Forkpro as Returning Judging Partner
The Australian Forklift Championship has confirmed Forkpro Australia as its Returning Judging Partner, following Forkpro’s role overseeing judging at last year’s competition.
Forkpro Australia is an ASQA Registered Training Organisation providing operator training and licensing, alongside specialist advice across the forklift and wider load-handling sectors. Forkpro’s services are designed around Australian standards and legislation, with a clear focus on building safer workplaces while supporting real-world productivity outcomes.
Forkpro also positions itself as more than a forklift training provider, delivering broader high-risk work training and workplace-contextualised delivery that reflects the hazards teams face on-site.
As Official Judges, Forkpro will oversee all competitor assessments, applying judging criteria grounded in how forklifts are used in real warehouse and logistics operations on a day-to-day such as:
- Safe and controlled forklift operation
- Load handling accuracy and stability
- Operator awareness, judgement, and consistency
- Adherence to best-practice safety and operating standards
This approach ensures the Australian Forklift Championship remains a credible, skills-based competition that balances precision, control, and decision-making under pressure.
Individual and Corporate Team Competition
The Australian Forklift Championship includes both individual and corporate team categories, allowing operators to compete independently while also providing organisations the opportunity to enter teams and showcase the capability, discipline, and safety culture of their workforce.
All competitors, whether individual or team-based are judged against the same professional benchmarks, ensuring consistency and fairness across all categories.
Forkpro's Ongoing Partnership with CeMAT Australia
The Australian Forklift Championship is held as part of CeMAT Australia, taking place 23–25 June at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.
As Australia’s leading intralogistics and materials handling event, CeMAT Australia brings together operators, employers, and solution providers from across warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, and supply chain operations.
With Forkpro returning as Judging Partner, the Championship continues to strengthen its position as a trusted platform for recognising operator excellence and the real skills underpinning safe, efficient, high-performing warehouse operations.
Registrations are now open for both individual operators and corporate teams.
