Erica Berchtold is an experienced retail executive with a track record of senior leadership across some of Australia's most prominent retail brands. She has served as CEO of The Iconic and Managing Director of Rebel Sport, before taking the helm at Mosaic Brands. She has also served as a councillor of the Australian Retailers Association, supporting the development of future retail talent. Erica has joined David Jones as Chief Commercial Officer, a newly created role in which she leads the integration of merchandise and supply chain functions as part of the company's Vision 2025+ strategy.
