Kirstin leads planning and sourcing teams across Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia. Her role focuses on aligning customer demand with operational execution and financial outcomes across a complex, multi-region supply chain.
Over recent years, Kirstin has led significant improvements in demand forecasting, inventory optimisation, and planning capability, supporting Medline through a period of major organisational change, including its transition to a public company. Her work has strengthened forecast accuracy, reduced excess inventory, and improved confidence in decision-making at both regional and international levels.
Kirstin is known for her calm, grounded leadership style and strong ethical compass. She creates environments where people feel safe to speak up, take ownership, and grow. Her leadership has been recognised internally through multiple “Above and Beyond” awards and Medline’s Circle of Excellence Award. Most recently, Kirstin was a finalist for the 2026 NSW ASCLA International Women’s Day Award.
