Lee Koutsos is the Director of the Connected Workforce Solutions and Storage Equipment Divisions at Dematic. Lee is an experienced business leader with a strong track record in operations, supply chain solutions, industrial automation, and strategic business development across the manufacturing and logistics sectors.
With more than two decades of leadership experience, Lee has held senior operational and management roles across a range of industries, building expertise in project delivery, lean operations, process improvement, and organisational transformation. Prior to joining Dematic, Lee held leadership positions with companies in technology and manufacturing industries, where he successfully led operational improvement initiatives and complex business projects.
Lee is recognised for his collaborative leadership style and ability to align operational performance with long-term business strategy. As a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), he combines commercial acumen with strong governance principles and a passion for delivering practical, customer-focused outcomes. He is committed to fostering innovation, strengthening partnerships, and supporting the continued evolution of the supply chain and logistics industry across the ANZ region.
