About Monique:

Monique Donaldson is an international growth specialist. She supports firms to optimise their growth opportunities through a considered and focused approach to international expansion. Her 20 years of advisory, consulting and teaching experience includes crafting and delivering programs, for Government and other Partners, to hundreds of small and medium sized firms to build their capability and take a more purposeful approach to export.

Monique has direct business start-up, management and Board experience as a Founder and Director in Australia, Europe and Africa; and has established her own international growth strategy practice. She is currently working with the Australian Government’s Industry Growth Program, supporting clients on their commercialisation journey and to enter new markets.
 
Monique is a PhD candidate, identifying and highlighting the identifiable attributes of successful Australian exporters who sustain growth in key international markets. She has an economics degree from Sydney University and started her career at the Reserve Bank of Australia prior to her career in international business. She is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
