Following a major expansion developed in partnership with SSI SCHAEFER, Hanes Australasia's omnichannel distribution centre in Melbourne's western suburbs has more than doubled its capacity and output, positioning the facility to handle current business peaks and future growth.
Covering 44,000m², the facility manages nationwide orders across wholesale, retail store, and e-commerce channels processing over 50,000 SKUs and dispatching more than 100,000 lines per day.
These small group tours will walk you through the full solution from inbound to despatch, highlighting the existing and new shuttle systems including the single-level shuttle SSI Cuby, the pouch sorter SSI Carrier, and Advanced Pick Stations, all driven by SSI SCHAEFER's proprietary WAMAS software.
Tour Details
Three tours, one for each day of the event are available, select your preferred date when registering:
- Tour 1 :Tuesday 23rd June 2026 | Departure 10:15am, Return approximately 1:30pm
- Tour 2: Wednesday 24th June 2026 | Departure 10:15am, Return approximately 1:30pm
- Tour 3: Thursday 25th June 2026 | Departure 10:15am, Return approximately 1:30pm
